When you are stressed, write down all the things that are going around in your mind. When you have that, ask yourself 3 simple questions for each item in your map:
· Can I control this?
· How will this help me?
· What would I think about this in one year?
The answers to these questions will give you clarity and it simplifies what you need to do in your head.
